• The machine body is in an overall welded and overall processed structure, and ANSYS finlte element analysis software is applied to main parts of the machine body for analysis, which has ensured the reliability of machine tool and the precision of entire machine.
• CIosed loop controI mode composed of electrohydraulic servo valve imported from Germany and imported grating ruler is adopted for fhe main oil cylinders on both sides, to break through the stroke control pattern of traditional bending machines of mechanical stoppe-r type, typical of high feedback precision for position of gliding block, accurate and stable operation, good synchronizing performance and high repeated positioning precision of gliding block.
Imported parts are used for all the functional parts in the rear stopper to ensure the stopping precision of rear stopper and the mechanism of rear stopper will multiple stopping shafts for more complete functions is employed up to customer requirements .
Integrated control system imported from Germany is adopted for the whole hydraulic system, to simplify the installation of pipelines, and to ensures stable operation as well as simple and nice appearance of the machine tool.
• C-shaped plates are fitted on both sides of the machine body, and the high precision grating ruler is mounted on the C-shaped plates,thus to avoid the influence over pending precision arising from distortion of machine body during bending process .
The lower workbench is fitted with automatic compensation mechanism for hydraulic deflection,to achieve an effective dead zone free compensation with high bending precision and Iong stability guaranteed.
• The numeric control system refers to the numeric-control system special for electrohydraulc servo bending machines of Italian ESA,Netherland DELEM,or Swiss CYBELEC Companies,able to achieve the functions of graphic programming for bending angle,compensation for angle amendment, automatic calculation and adjustment of bending pressure, automatic calculation of compensation for workbench distortion, extending length of workpieces, bending pressure for sole pressing, open distance, and automatic withdrawal of rear stopper,etc.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DISPLAY

■ The purpose of the machine        The double-machine linkage bending machine is a machine that bends thin plates, and the bending machine is mainly formed by the upper mold. Sharp knife point edge, flattening die pressing dead edge, R molding arc, forming die and lace die are all directly formed. Mainly used in auto parts industry, home industry, garden tool accessories, electronic product molding, electrical accessories molding, sports equipment accessories molding, instrument accessories molding, hair accessories molding, supermarket shelf accessories molding and other fields.
■ Product shape and structure The worktable of the dual-machine linkage bending machine is composed of a base and a pressing plate, which are placed on a support. The base is composed of a seat shell, a cover plate and a coil.
One、Slider part:The sliding block part is composed of an oil cylinder, a sliding block and a mechanical stopper, and the oil cylinder is fixed on the frame.
Two、Platform part:The platform part is operated by the button box.
Three、Synchronization system:The synchronization system is composed of torsion shaft, swing arm, joint bearing, etc. It is reliable in performance, the mechanical stop is adjusted by the motor, and the value of the numerical control system is controlled.
Four、Blocking mechanism:The stopper is driven by a motor, and the two screw rods move synchronously through a chain operation. The size of the stopper is controlled by the numerical control system.
■ Working slide structure        The slider of the double-machine linkage bending machine is a mold component, which can slide perpendicular to the mold opening direction during the mold opening action. When the product structure prevents the mold from being demolded normally, the slider must be used. The material itself has the right hardness, wear resistance, and can withstand movement friction.
■ Hydraulic system        The dual-machine linkage bending machine adopts the hydraulic downward transmission type, which changes the pressure to increase the force. It is composed of power, execution, control, auxiliary, and hydraulic oil. It is mainly used for transmitting power and movement. It is small in size and large in rigidity. , Fast response and great driving force.
■ Electrical control system        The dual-machine linkage bending machine can control the use of the equipment through the control loop control system. This loop is the electrical control system, which has the functions of start, stop, signal, measurement, and protection loops.
■ Slider synchronization control        The function of the synchronizer transmission slider of the double-machine linkage bending machine is to push the synchronizer ring (copper ring) into the gear coupling tooth at the beginning of gear shift, so that the taper hole of the synchronizer ring contacts and rubs against the taper shaft of the coupling tooth. As a result, the copper ring rotates at a specific angle and continues to move in gear, and the slider will be pressed in (synchronizer hub) to complete its task.
■ Backgauge        The rear gauge of the double-machine linkage bending machine can move smoothly on the linear guide rail, and can also be adjusted up and down, which is convenient, efficient, and easy to control.
